These emails are part of the triOS and Eastern College’s nurturing email marketing automation programs. A project committee was formed between Admissions, IT, Admissions Support Centre, and Marketing to identify areas where triOS College can be more customer-centric. The email nurturing stream was the first customer touchpoint to be redesigned. One of the emails in the gallery identifies the rationale behind design changes, and the rest are examples of the rest of the emails.
I represented the Marketing team in this committee and led the redesign of the email marketing streams. I performed an audit of the existing channels, proposed changes, wrote the email copy and designed the graphic elements, and tracked the performance of the changes in an A/B test.
