I’d love to say I edited all of the books on the right image, but I only had the pleasure of working with the olive-covered book Opening the Lampshade. The pinnacle of my young writing career, I guided this book from the manuscript’s conception, through its many, many revisions and the rest of the publishing stages — like typesetting and designing the book layout using Adobe InDesign, all the way to marketing the book.
I had the opportunity to make this book in my class “Making a Book” where the final project is, shockingly, to make a book. It has CIP data and its copy is housed in the Library and Archive of Canada.
